….. established ALEX-International in September 2024. In 1997, after Kleinschwaerzer joined the PTIOA, he didn't foresee the unfolding of events, nor did he imagine that he would never see Vincent Marchetti again after their last shared breakfast at the Hilton Hotel in Orlando in 2017. Alongside one of Kleinschwaerzer's Grandmasters, Neal J. Hummerstone, they cherished a memorable time. That day also marked Hurricane Irma's landfall in Florida, prompting GM Vincent Marchetti's departure. A year later, GM Hummerstone conveyed the grievous news of Vince's passing. Tragically, GM Neal J. Hummerstone himself passed away six months later, on March 1st, 2019, a profound loss for Kleinschwaerzer as he mourned the PTIOA's President and Founder. Since then, he has been out of touch with the PTIOA.
In 2023, as Kleinschwaerzer embarked on his new role in diplomatic security at the German Embassy in Bulgaria for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he stumbled upon a Facebook post declaring "PTIOA is alive." He reached out to the headquarters and connected with Mr. Danny Lane, the new head of PTIOA. However, the inclusion of "AMERICA" in the organization's name posed a challenge in attracting international Law Enforcement specialists, who lack jurisdiction in the States. This incongruity sparked Kleinschwaerzer's contemplation over several months on how to address this issue. It wasn't until his assignment in Uzbekistan and a meeting with Grandmaster Chuck Norris in Las Vegas in July 2024 that he envisioned a unified international platform and future.
Danny Lane and Freddy Kleinschwaerzer are globally recognized martial artists and tactical instructors. Danny Lane, a Vietnam War veteran, SWAT instructor, and PTIOA President, and Kleinschwaerzer, with over 50 years of experience in martial arts disciplines such as Kun-Tai-Ko and Kickboxing, are esteemed figures in their field.
